The Duo Mk 5 range of twin vertical beater rear discharge muck spreaders offer a wide range of models to suit most farmers and contractors looking for a versatile manure spreader, capable of spreading a range wide of products with good accuracy and outputs.  Available in capacities of 6 – 14 tonnes (9.8 – 21.0m³) and with a wide range of optional extras, the Duo Mk 5 can be specified to suit most requirements.

The K Two Duo is a range of heavy duty rear discharge muck spreaders using larger diameter twin vertical beaters to shred and spread manures.

K Two Duo muck spreaders are built to withstand the most demanding of conditions. Standard design features include:

• Protection against corrosion is ensured by strictly controlled shot blasting and finishing with 130 microns of two pack marine specification paint.
• Fine, fast, shred and spread is achieved by the large diameter twin vertical beaters which spread the material evenly whilst maintaining a high throughput.
• Direct drive rotors ensure continued reliability with shear bolt and slip clutch driveline protection as standard.
• All K Two Duo muck spreaders are fitted with a single piece Rögelberg rotor drive gearbox and greasable long life bearings are used throughout, providing smooth transfer of power.
• Hydraulically driven chain drive floor system with infinitely variable speed via an in cab control box provides accurate control of the application rate. Four 14mm heavy duty marine chains with a combined breaking strain of 96 tonnes and bolted floor slats, driven by a 50 – 60mm diameter high tensile floor drive shaft, ensures reliability. Individual tensioning of each floor chain ensures optimal tension across the four chains to handle the toughest loads.
• Optionally available weight cell system is available to control the floor speed and application rate via a series of load cells on the spreader to calculate the load in the hopper. Combined with GPS speed and positional data, this system can automatically control the application regardless of forward speed whilst at the same time record application data spread from pre-defined application maps.
