TAMS 3 Grassland Topper & Mulcher Grants – What You Need to Know

Grant Rates

• 40% – Standard grant rate

• 60% – Available for eligible Young Farmers, Women Farmers, and under certain schemes such as the Organic Capital Investment Scheme (OCIS)

How the Grant is Calculated

The grant is paid on the lower of:

• Your invoice value (excluding VAT), or

• The Department’s reference cost for the machine.

Eligible Schemes

• Organic Capital Investment Scheme (OCIS)

• Other TAMS 3 investment schemes, depending on your farm sector and the equipment specifications.

General Eligibility

To qualify, applicants generally must:

• Have a minimum of 5 hectares declared under BISS, or

• Meet the relevant production unit requirements.
