Overview

2080T tele wheeled loader

A tele wheeled loader is particularly ideal for those who need more lift height. For in addition to functionality, a high level of working comfort and excellent safety standards, these machines have a telescopic boom that provides considerably higher lift height and range compared to normal wheel loaders with loading arms. The basic virtues, such as maneuverability, stability and lifting power that characterise the articulated wheel loader, also apply to a tele wheeled loader – which makes them so successful.

Weidemann articulated pendulum joint

The backbone of the Weidemann design. The legendary articulated pendulum joint. All four wheels remain in constant contact with the ground and the machine moves with maximum traction. In addition, the machine has unrivaled maneuverability.

High shear forces from planetary axle

The drive via the planetary axle increases the torque on the wheel and thereby improves the pushing power. Due to the optimal ratio between the pushing power and machine capacity, you work flexibly and economically at the same time.

100% differential lock

The connectable 100% differential lock provides maximum traction and pushing power if necessary. It also keeps the tire wear low (switched off during normal operation). This increases the efficiency of your machine!

Sturdy telescopic arm

The telescopic arm is built to be sturdy and stable. The parallel motion takes place hydraulically. All important hydraulic lines are inside and are protected against external influences. The telescopic arm for Weidemann wheel loaders combines the advantages of an articulated machine with those of a telehandler. High overhead loading heights are therefore not a problem.

Rollback angle limitation

A rollback angle limitation is installed as a standard on all Weidemann telescopic wheel loaders. This is located on the Weidemann support and limits the rollback angle. The retainer prevents rolling in too far with an extended or retracted telescopic arm. In this way, for example, the contents of the bucket cannot fall onto the driver’s cab.

Easily accessible lubrication service points

Regularly greasing all lubrication points of the machine is crucial for the proper and effective maintenance and therefore value retention of the machine. In order to save time and facilitate the work, the lubrication service points are always in an easily accessible position at Weidemann. Optionally, a central lubrication system is available that takes over the lubrication for you.

Short hydraulic hose lengths

Weidemann machines have short hydraulic hose lengths – the hoses are split in several places. If a hydraulic hose needs to be exchanged, the entire hose in the hydraulic circuit does not need to be exchanged, but rather just the affected part. This speeds up work enormously and saves money.

Ergonomic joystick – everything in one hand

Perfect control of the machine and functions via a joystick of the latest generation. The innovative joystick with ergonomically arranged, illuminated touch controls creates user friendliness and multi-functionality.

Good all-round visibility – ergonomic working area

Plenty of legroom, clearly arranged instrument clusters, a comfortable operator’s seat and an optimal view of the attachment. A working area that motivates and fully supports the operator. Vibrations and impacts are absorbed by the machine. Your body is very well protected and you also work for a longer period of time more relaxed and fatigue-free – and therefore are more focused.

New exhaust emission standard level IIIB – new engine technology

We at Weidemann have already successfully completed stages I to IIIA for pollutant reduction in recent years. However, new, more strict thresholds are waiting in stages IIIB and IV (tier 4 interim and tier 4 final) to be met. However, since we would like to adapt our machines to the changed legal situation and also want to continue to develop our machines, we have put a great deal of development work and expertise into the new machine types

Vibrations (weighted average effective value)

Hand-arm vibrations (HAV): The hand-arm vibrations are no more than 2.5 m/s²
Whole body vibrations: This machine is equipped with a driver’s seat that meets the requirements of EN ISO 7096:2000.

When the loader is properly used, the whole body vibrations vary from below 0.5 m/s² up to a short-term maximum value.

It is recommended to use the values specified in the table when calculating the vibration values according to ISO/TR 25398:2006. At the same time the actual use conditions have to be taken into consideration.

Telescopic loaders, like wheel loaders, are to be classified by operating weight.
