Kverneland Taarup offers a rear mounted disc mower series with working widths of 2.0 - 3.2m. It offers reliable performance, easy handling and high output at low power requirements.

Flexible Suspension for Extreme Uneven Field Conditions, This ensures that the mower is able to adapt to extremely uneven field conditions, giving the best mowing result. The linkage allows the mower to work on steep angles or in hilly conditions. It can pivot 35° up and down without any adjustment. (For extreme hilly conditions an optional hillside equipment is offered).

Centre Mounted 3132 MT Mower Conditioner
The 3132MT is a real contractors solution with its 3.2m working width and is the ideal mower to operate in combination with a front mounted mower, for a substantial working width of 6.2m at low operating costs.

The centre pivot suspension provides an even weight distribution and a uniform ground pressure over the complete 3.2m working width, ensuring good ground contour following. The hydrualic suspension allows quick and precise setting of ground pressure to varying ground conditions. Easy lift on headlands without activating the 3pt linkage of the tractor, The mowing unit is lifted via a cylinder. Break-Back; If hitting an obstacle, the Non-Stop Break-Back system will swing the machine backwards and over the obstacle and then return it toe the original working position.

Centre Mounted 3224MT and 3228MT Mower Conditioner
Kverneland Taarup has introduced two new centre mounted mower conditioners, 3224MT and 3228MT in working widths of 2.4 and 2.8m. Due to the Nylon tines fitted to the conditioner the total weight of the machine is kept to a minimum, while keeping an agressive conditioning.

The mowing units are suspended in the centre of gravity via a large suspension spring. This design provides an even weight distribution across the entire mowing width, as well as a constant, faster and more precise adaptation to ground contours. The benifit is less skid wear, optimum protection of the stubble and less fuel consumption.

Rotor speed can be easily changed to adapte to different conditions. The Break-Back system offers optimal protection of the cutterbar. Two speed gearbox - switched by turning the main gearbox 180°.

Front Mounted 3628 FT Disc Mower Conditioner
Kverneland Taarup 3628FT can be used in combination with a variety of mower conditioners or on its own. The 3628 has a working width of 2.80m. The suspension design has been redesigned to offer even better flotation and more even ground pressure. The two large suspension springs have been moved further outwards to provide better side stability, which is reflected in optimum protection of the stubble and far less skid wear. The mower reacts instantly to uneven ground contours and can move 250mm down and 450mm up. In addition an innovative suspension design allows a transverse adaptation of 24°. The activeLift system protects the cutterbar against foreigh obstacles. Foldable sideguards ensure narrow transport width.

Trailed Disc Mower Conditioners 4300 Series
Kverneland Taarup 4328 and 4332 include features such as SemiSwing conditioner, low maintenance cutterbar, SuperFloat suspension, BX Auto-Swather belt and FlipOver widespreading. The mower conditioner can be fitted with wide spreading equipment and swath belt, to give as much flexibility as possible. The new designed long suspension springs give excellent ground contour following and ensure an even ground pressure in uneven conditions. The cutting section can move 50cm upwards and 15cm downwards. The SemiSwing system offers aggresive conditioning with excellent protection of the tines. The FlipOver system, as an option the 4300 series can be equipped with wide spreading equipment. In this way, crop can be cut and spread in one operation, saving both time and at least one tedder operation.

Compact Single Rotor Rakes, 9043
Kverneland Taarup 9043 is designed for use on low horsepower tractors, but still delivers considerable working width. The 9032 has a working width of 3.20m. The rake has a mechanical height adjustment via a crank, with the possibility of adjusting to the individual field conditions.

Compact Single Rotor Rakes, 9546
Kverneland Taarup 9546 is a high performance rake with a drive system designed to last for a long time. The 3-pt Headstock allows the rake to follow the tractor around tight curves. The standard boogie wheels offer perfect ground contour following and minimises the amount of dirt that collects in the swath. The rake is fitted with hydraulic adjustment "Hydrolift" as standard. The Hydrolift allows you to set the rake to different field conditions. From the tractor cab you can quickly adjust the raking height to suit the lenght of stubble or varying ground conditions.

The New Kverneland Taarup 9578c and 9584c are heavy duty two-rotor rakes with working widths up to 7.8 and 8.4m. They are designed for the toughest conditions and feature a high performance oil-bath gearbox and a strong carrier frame. The hydraulically adjustable working and swath width and ability to make sharp turns of up to 80° are important features of these rakes.
