Grass Land Injectors

The Multi-Action injector is the last JOSKIN innovation in slurry spreading. With a width from 3m to 7.74m this latter is characterised by its polyvalency; it can be used on grassland or arable soil. The Multi-Action is composed of a box chassis carrying steering elements with an inter-line of 21.5cm. Each steering element is completely galvanised and has at its end an auto-grinding skid and behind this one an injection cone. The cutting share traces a 0 to 3cm deep grove in the soil while the injection cone delivers in an even way the slurry in the centre of this slot, without spattering the foot of the vegetation.

Multi-Action

- Steering elements made up of auto griding skids
- Mounting on multi-leaves springs with gradual pressure in order to keep the elements in position on irregular grounds and to engage the mechanical anti-drip pincers properly when raising.
- SCALPER macerator with counter-blade and manual discharge value
- Hydraulic folding with automatic locking
- Recessed lighting

The Solodisc is an injector for precise slurry spreading on pastures. It is an injector with modulating discs with a working width going from 3m to 6.88m according to model. The Solodisc is composed of completely galvanised steering elements with each pair of discs follows by a double position injection cone. The injection cone is composed of a galvanised injection mouth, anti-drip pincers and a very flexible rubber deposition sleeve. The slurry injection in the soil is doen in the following way: the grinded discs traces a clean and precise groove in the soil in which the slurry will spread evenly. The working depth goes from 1cm to 6 cm according to the adjustment.

Solodisc

- Galvanised elements made up of 2 long life auto-sharpening discs, followed by an injection cone with 2 possible positions - Recommended working depth is 3cm
- Mechanical cross compensation up to 20cm
- Steering elements
- Continous pressure on ground, pre-set by the user
- SCALPER chopper with counterblade and manual adjusting value
- Mechanical anti-drip clips
- Galvanised injection outlets with flexible rubber cone
- Hydraulic folding with automatic locking device
- Locking system for folding parts with hydraulic bolts synchronised with pincers
- Ressed lighting

The Wide-Action cutting skids injector makes it possilbe to spread slurry in the pastures without emmission and this on a width from 3m to 7.74m. The fertiliser is immediately laid in lines and at the roots while the vegetation is spread aside in order to protect it. A proportional distribution of 50% in the groung and 50% on the surface allows the plant optimal absorption of the fertiliser.
