Integrated Baler Wrapper Fusion 2
McHale
recognise that there is constant pressure on business to reduce costs.
In response to this McHale developed the Fusion integrated baler
wrapper, which combines two traditionally separate jobs and integrates
them into a single operation, which can be done by one man and one
machine.
This results in cost savings associated with financing and
running a second tractor and sourcing and paying a second person. This
robust machine is simply not a wrapper coupled onto a baler; it has
been specifically designed as a high output unit. Producing 50-60 bales
an hour the single pass operation increases productivity, reduces
operating costs whilst increasing profits. |
| The
bale chamber splits horizontally (like a clam shell) and the lower
section of the bale chamber doubles as a transfer mechanism to transfer
the netted bale into the vertical wrapping ring. This unique McHale
patented system has a number of advantages over other combine wrappers
namely:
· Simple transfer & reduced handling;
Resulting in
higher levels of reliability, a faster transfer time and a compact
design with a total machine lenght of just 5.8 metres with a 2 metre
pick up.
· Positive bale transfer on steep ground;
The bale is
transferred onto the wrapper by 5 rollers in the lower section of the
chamber . On hilly conditions an additional roller outside the chamber
aids the bale transfer.
· Reliably bale transfer on hillsides
Some
combined baler/wrappers have issues with the bale cross travelling as
it is being transferred from the baler to the wrapper, with the McHale
fusion these problems are eliminated as the bale is supported in
position by the side walls of the bale chamber during transfer.
· A fast soomth transfer;
The
transfer of the high density bale occurs over the axle of the baler,
this reduces the stress on the tractor and the machine.
· High Output;
The
transfer occurs in one pass as the chamber is opening and closing to
release the bale. This means the machine takes a similar amount of time
to transfer the bale, as a traditional baler would take to eject

| | | | | F560 - Fixed Chamber | The McHale F560 is fitted with a servo operated load sensing control valve, which make the baling process fully automatic.
Once the bale is formed, net is automatically applied; the tailgate
then automatically opens releasing the bale, the tailgate then
automatically closed and pressurises.

with all the high specification features of the F550 but also benefits

With a simple adjustment the 995L Linkage Square Balewrapper will

The McHale 995LM mini linkage balewrapper is designed to wrap small sqaure bales from a
conventional
square baler. Small round bales may also be wrapped. This machine comes
as standard with a bale counter, aluminium pre-stretch unit and bale
support bobbins. The 995LM is hydraulically driven & control is

| | R5 Round Bale Handler
The
McHale R5 is ideal for collecting bales, which may have been tipped on
their ends in the field. It can also be used to collect bales, which
have left normally after a baler and rotate them through 90 degree and
stack them on their ends so that they hold their shape better.

| | Blockcutters
The
McHale range of Blockcutters cut neat, compact silage blocks every
time. Powered by two hydraulic rams, each Blockcutter has a uniquely
designed serrated knife which will efficiently cut out silage or maize
blocks with minimum power requirement, leaving a sealed face which
eliminates secondary fermentation. The McHale Blockcutter is suitable
for all front-end loaders & it is also available with a high lift
frame, in a range of three sizes, for rear mounting.
