The K-Two Duo range of heavy duty rear discharge muckspreaders using twin vertical beaters to shred and spread manures. They are the perfect choice for the spreading of agricultural and industrial manures effciently with high throughput and accuracy.
Their heavy duty chassis is made from 200x100x5mm RHS chassis to cope with the most demanding applications while fine, fast, shred & spread is achieved by the twin verticle beaters which spread the material evenly over a width 9 - 12m.
Direct drive rotors encure maximum power transfer & continued reliability with shear bolt protection as standard with an optional automatic torque overload clutch.
The one piece rotor gearbox rated 185hp ensures reliability.

Fine, Fast, Shred and Spread

Reinforced beaters feature interlocking folded sections to help withstand damage from foreign objects and reversible beater teeth. Four paddles at the base of each rotor ensure a fine spreading pattern.

Extra Protection
Protection against corrosion is ensured by strictly controlled shot blasting and finishing with 130 microns of two-pack paint marine specification paint. Common wearing parts of the Duo muckspreaders are galvanised for extra protection.

K-two Airo Swath Conditioners

K Two Airo swath conditioners are built to withstand the high volumes of heavy heavy wet grass that thewy handle at speed. Their castor wheels offer excellent manouverability and tight turning circles.

Product Features
Quick Drying, Less effluent: the Airo has the ability to mix and aerate the swath evenly, leaving it in a box shaped windrow which is ideal for forages or balers.

Rotor with Specially
Developed Tines

At the heart of the machine is a rotor with specially developed polyurethane "V" tines which cannot damage foraging equipment.The tines lift the swath without touching the ground, avoiding soil and stone contamination.The rotor will allow 2 x 3.0m swathed windrows direct from the mower to be handled at once.
An adjustable front baffle accommodates different crop densities and the amount of conditioning required for the swath to dry quickly.
